Stuffed Dates Plant Based Recipe - Green to Glass

Delicious vegan snack recipe : Stuffed dates with lemon flavored cream cheese and roasted almonds

Makes about 6 servings


To make this healthy, vegan, gluten-free snack you will need:

12 fresh dates, pitted and slightly sliced in the middle

1 cup of vegan cream cheese

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of lemon zest

½ cup of roasted hazelnuts or almonds


  1. Mix the cream cheese with half of the nuts and the lemon juice.
  2. Stuff the dates with the cheese mixture, and garnish with the remaining nuts and lemon zest.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour, serve and enjoy!
