Delicious savory Dragon buddha bowl sauce recipe, vegan, gluten-free, and super easy to prepare!
Makes about 4 servings
To make this easy, healthy, vegan Dragon buddha sauce you will need :
2/3 cup cashew nuts, soaked in filtered water for at least 30 minutes
½ cup nutritional yeast
1 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons tamari sauce
pinch of salt to taste
¼ cup filtered water
Optional : 1 1/2 teaspoons of xanthan gum to add thickness
- Add all the ingredients to your blender. Whip the mixture to obtain an homogeneous emulsion.
- Drizzle on your favorite salad or buddha bowl!
