Delicious savory pesto pasta that is vegan, gluten-free, and super easy to prepare!
Makes about 4 servings
To make this easy, healthy, vegan pesto sauce you will need :
2 big bunches of fresh basil
4 oz pine nuts
2 oz lightly roasted pumpkin seeds (optional)
4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1-2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon tamari sauce
- Add all the ingredients to your Nutribullet or blender. Whip the mixture to obtain an homogeneous emulsion.
- Blend the pesto sauce with your favorite gluten-free pasta!
