Delicious smoothie that is rich in fiber & protein, nutrient dense, vegan, gluten-free, and super easy to prepare!
Makes 2 smoothies
To make this high protein, vegan, smoothie you will need :
1 cup pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
3/4 cup coconut water, your favorite kombucha or filtered water
1 cup chopped kale
- Blend all your ingredients in your Vitamix blender. If you own a regular blender, start by blending the kale and water. When they are well pureed, add the remaining ingredients.
