Energizing Creamy Smoothie

Are you interested in an energizing creamy smoothie before your workout?

1 tablespoon coconut oil

2 cup filtered water or coconut water

3 bananas

4 fresh dates, pitted

1/cup Brazil nuts

¼ cup raw cacao powder

1-2 teaspoons maca root powder

A pinch of sea salt or Himalayan salt


  1. To make your energizing creamy smoothie, blend all of the ingredients in your  vitamix or blender until you get a nice smooth consistency.
  2. Serve your 2 creamy energizing smoothies immediately.

Protein content per serving: 10g
