Vegan chocolate peanut butter fudge - Vert au Verre

High Protein Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Makes about 10 servings (4 squares per serving)


1 cup homemade or store bought coconut butter

1 cup creamy organic peanut butter

½ cup melted coconut oil

4 tablespoons maple syrup

¼ teaspoon sea or Himalayan salt

150 g melted 70% cocoa dark chocolate


This delicious, melt in your mouth, smooth and creamy fudge is gluten-free, dairy free and a good source of protein!

The coconut butter and the dark chocolate also add some good nutrients and health benefits which makes this decadent fudge even more nutritious.

Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

  1. Start by adding all the ingredients to your food processor. Blend until mixture is smooth, adding more melted coconut oil if needed.
  2. Then, pour the mixture into a 8X8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  3. Finally, pop your dish in the freezer for 30 minutes, then cut in small squares and enjoy.

Your vegan chocolate peanut butter fudge can be stored in the fridge for 2 weeks in an airtight container or 1 month in the freezer.
