Homemade Vegan Wafu Sauce
Delicious Wafu dressing that will make you fall in love with salads all over again!
This sauce is so tasty, creamy, and satisfying that it will surely become a staple in your home. A recipe that is the vegan version of the traditional Wafu sauce and that is just as wonderful and delicious!
Yields 1 cup
Ingredients
¾ cup vegan mayonnaise
¼ cup soy or tamari sauce
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons rice vinegar or Mirin
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
To prepare your vegan Wafu sauce
Blend all your ingredients together with a whip or with a Nutribullet type mixer.
Enjoy as a dressing on top of your favorite salads or as a sushi dip.
This sauce will keep for a few weeks in an airtight container in your fridge.
