Yields 1 cup

Ingredients

¾ cup vegan mayonnaise

¼ cup soy or tamari sauce

2 tablespoons maple syrup

½ tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced

2 tablespoons rice vinegar or Mirin

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

1 teaspoon xanthan gum

To prepare your vegan Wafu sauce

  1. Blend all your ingredients together with a whip or with a Nutribullet type mixer.

  2. Enjoy as a dressing on top of your favorite salads or as a sushi dip.

This sauce will keep for a few weeks in an airtight container in your fridge.
