Mint Seaweed Smoothie rich in chlorophyll

A seaweed smoothie rich in healthy chlorophyll, protein, and fiber. This delicious shake recipe is an excellent way to get a good dose of healthy nutrients into your system. It's super tasty and simple to make, just like all my plant-based recipes!

For best results, I recommend you drink it first thing in the morning or after a workout. You will feel energized and be motivated to continue making healthy food choices during the day.

1 cup coconut milk, chilled

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 teaspoon spirulina powder

1 teaspoon chlorella powder

20 fresh mint leaves

2 teaspoons maple syrup

Instructions

1.     To make your mint seaweed smoothie, blend all your ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
