Easy vegan chocolate peanut butter fudge recipe. This healthy dessert is gluten-free, vegan, rich in nutrients and high in protein. Made with vegan dark chocolate, coconut oil, coconut butter, creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, and Himalayan salt.

This delicious, melt in your mouth, smooth and creamy fudge is gluten-free, and dairy free.

The coconut butter and the dark chocolate also contain healthy nutrients which makes this decadent fudge even more nutritious.

Makes about 10 servings (4 squares per serving)

Ingredients

1 cup homemade or store bought coconut butter

1 cup creamy organic peanut butter or crunchy if you want some crunchiness in your fudge

½ cup melted coconut oil

4 tablespoons maple syrup

¼ teaspoon sea or Himalayan salt

150 g melted 70% cocoa dark chocolate

Don’t be fooled by its sinful appearance, this fudge is actually nutritious!

Instructions

1. Start by adding all the ingredients to your food processor. Blend until mixture is smooth, adding more melted coconut oil if needed.

2. Then, pour the mixture into a 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.

3. Finally, pop your dish in the freezer for 30 minutes, then cut in small squares and enjoy.

Your vegan chocolate peanut butter fudge can be stored in the fridge for 2 weeks in an airtight container or 1 month in the freezer.
