What is wheatgrass juice?

You can make your own Wheatgrass, Parsley, Ginger & Dragon Fruit Juice in your Vitamix or good quality blender
1. Grab a big handful of wheatgrass, a few parsley branches, a peeled dragon fruit, and a 2cm by 2 cm piece of fresh ginger and mix with 2 cups of filtered water in your blender for about 30 seconds to 1 minutes.
2. Pour the mixture in a nut milk mesh bag (sold in most natural foods stores), and squeeze out the juice over a bowl. You can discard the leftover grass fibers.
3. The end result is a beautiful magenta colored wheatgrass juice.
