Makes about 4 servings

Ingredients

2/3 cup cashew nuts, soaked in filtered water for at least 30 minutes

½ cup nutritional yeast

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons tamari sauce

Pinch of salt to taste

¼ cup filtered water

Optional : 1 1/2 teaspoons of xanthan gum to add thickness

Instructions

1.     Add all the ingredients to your blender. Whip the mixture to obtain an homogeneous emulsion.

2.     Drizzle on your favorite salad or buddha bowl and enjoy!
