Super Green Pineapple Smoothie
Healthy green smoothie blend full of alkalizing chlorophyll
This smoothie contains high amounts of alkalizing chlorophyll, of healthy manganese, and iron. For best results, I recommend you drink it first thing in the morning or after a workout. You will feel energized and be motivated to continue making healthy food choices during the day.
2 medium servings or 1 large smoothie
Ingredients
1 large kale leaf
3/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley
1½ cup filtered water or coconut water
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
3 fresh dates, pitted or other dried fruit of your choice
¼ cup shelled hemp seeds
Instructions
1. To make this smoothie, add all the ingredients to your blender and mix until you obtain a nice smooth consistency.
2. Serve your smoothie immediately and enjoy!
